  Larry Dillon's computer was fixed when he left the shop. We replaced the LCD screen that was cracked. A problem that he would have detected when he picked it up if it had not been repaired. Mr Dillon returned with his computer a week later and said it wasn't working, so we tried to determine what may have gone wrong. The LCD screen certainly wasn't cracked when he brought it back though. It's a simple matter to return defective parts if that's the problem. We never got to determine the problem though, because Mr. Dillon cussed us and left as we were investigating. It may have been as simple as a loose cable. After a month Mr. Dillon charged back his credit card for $100 which cost us an additional $50. Basically I'm out for buying the part, paying for the labor on the repair and $50 because Mr. Dillon didn't have the patience to act like an adult and let us resolve the problem.
